Is the planner month a sailing date?
No. It is the customer’s preferred month in the enquiry message. The tool publishes no sailing dates or transit times.
Is a document deadline the same as vehicle handover?
Do not assume they are the same. If both are provided, request separate clarification of document and vehicle handover deadlines. Also ask whether vessel timing refers to expected departure or arrival.
